Executive Editor The Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) is a nationally recognized leader in police research, policy development and innovation. PERF produces a variety of reports on critical issues in policing, such as violent crime, police-community relations, use of force, staffing, opioids and other drugs, and law enforcement technology. These reports help law enforcement agencies improve their operations and drive public debate and policy change at the local, state and national levels. PERF is seeking a talented and versatile senior-level professional to lead the writing, editing and production of our reports and other communications. In addition to being an accurate and skilled writer and editor, this individual must be an analytical thinker and strategic communicator – someone who can recognize the big picture, identify key messages we are trying to communicate, and present them in a way that captures our audiences and influences change. Key requirements:
