Wednesday, May 28 - Friday, May 30

The conference will begin with Wednesday evening’s welcome reception and will continue until Friday at noon. The schedule is below, and more details will be added  in the coming months:

Wednesday, May 28

  • 12:00-5:00 p.m.: Meeting registration
  • 5:00-7:00 p.m.: PERF Board Welcome Reception at the Twelve Thirty Club

Thursday, May 29

  • 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.: Town Hall Meeting
  • 4:00-6:00 p.m.: PERF Town Hall Reception (in the Grand Hyatt)

Friday, May 30

  • 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Panel sessions

Breakfast will be provided on Thursday and Friday, and lunch will be provided on Thursday.

Registration

Registration is $600 for PERF members and $700 for non-members. Spouses, significant others, and children may join for breakfast, lunch, and the two evening receptions for $200 per person. Click here to register.

Our room block at the Grand Hyatt is full, but we have reserved a new block of rooms at The Union Station Nashville Yards (a Marriott Bonvoy property), directly across the street. The special rate of $339/night plus tax is available until Wednesday, May 14. To reserve a room please click here.
