Raquel Rodriguez, Accounting Manager, joined PERF in 1998.  As an accounting manager she processes PERF's monthly financial records and assists the Director of Finance in the preparation of PERF financial statements.  She also oversees the payroll and human resources functions and the accounts payable process. She coordinates the annual independent audit by working with auditors to provide the required client prepared schedules and documents.  Ms. Rodriguez earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico in 1994.
