PERF is pleased to announce that our fifth annual national ICAT conference and recertification event will take place February 11–12, 2027, at the Marriott Clearwater Beach Sand Key in Clearwater Beach, Florida!  

This conference and recertification are designed for all agencies and all instructors, and we encourage all ICAT trainers to attend the conference and recertification for the latest curriculum and to learn about the right way to deliver the new material to your students.  

ICAT has changed considerably over the years: We have added three new modules since the original ICAT curriculum was developed. PERF will recertify officers who have previously attended an ICAT training session, providing them with an updated training certificate. Attendees will leave with a two-hour block of in-service presentation and training guide to ensure agencies are continuing education in ICAT for their organization. 

Registration will open on September 14, 2026, along with related conference registration information, such as reserving a room at the hotel. The registration fee for the conference is $600.
