Caleb Regen

Caleb Regen joined the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) in 2023 as a Senior Research Assistant, where he primarily works on the Critical Issues in Policing Series along with Management Services projects. Caleb holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from American University, along with a paralegal certificate. Prior to joining PERF, Caleb worked across government for the U.S. House of Representatives, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, and the U.S. Department of Justice.
