Sarah Mostyn

 

Sarah Mostyn is a Research Associate with the Police Executive Research Forum. In that role, Mostyn has provided programmatic and logistical support to numerous projects, including PERF’s Critical Issues Series, Executive Search services, and work funded by the Department of Justice’s Office on Violence Against Women (OVW). Mostyn is currently the staff lead on PERF’s most recent project with OVW and co-authored the resulting publication of PERF’s project on improving the police response to sexual assault, Executive Guidebook: Practical Approaches for Strengthening Law Enforcement’s Response to Sexual Assault.

Mostyn graduated from American University with a master’s degree in Public Policy in December 2017 and dual BAs in Psychology and Justice & Law in May 2014. Prior to joining PERF in May 2014, Mostyn served as an intern with the Justice Policy Institute and the Department of Homeland Security’s Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties.
