At this lively, four-hour, unscripted open forum, we w ill tackle the most pressing issues facing the policing profession today. P articipation, debate and spontaneous discussion are what make PERF's Town H all Meetings unique and informative. Everyone is welcome to join in the con versation and to raise any issue or question.
Individuals registered for the IACP conference will be able to access the Skyline Ballroom, W375a in the McCormick Place Convention Center with their IACP credential. Immediately after the Town Hall, PERF will host a reception in the foyer outside the ballroom to give you a chance to connect with collea gues.
PERF's latest report, Chapter 2, explores how former police chiefs a nd sheriffs are finding meaning and purpose in the next stage of their care ers. At this intimate and informal event, some of the law enforcement execu tives who have left full-time policing for opportunities in the public, pri vate, and academic sectors-or even a life of leisure-will discuss how to pr epare for the transition, and audience members will chime in as well.

The Motorola Innovation Center is located in the West Loop area of downtown Chicago, about a 15-minute ride from McCormick Place West.
Stop by our new and expanded exhibit booth to meet PERF st aff and members, hear about recent developments in our ICAT (Integrating Co mmunications, Assessment, and Tactics) training, pick up copies of our late st publications, and learn about plans for SMIP 2020 (Senior Management Ins titute for Police).
