Prior to PERF, I served as the statistical analyst with the Maryland Statistical Analysis Center where I led multiple large-scale projects. These projects include the Maryland Medicated Assisted Treatment Study, the Maryland NIBRS project, and the CLUE project. While at the MSAC, I specialized in advanced data analysis with multiple tools including SQL and other programming languages in addition to statistical analysis. I also have experience working with stakeholders and experts within law enforcement, research, and technology. I hold a M.S. in Criminal Justice with concentration in law enforcement from the University of Baltimore, and a B.S. in Law and American Civilization from Towson University.
