Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of PERF.

Membership to PERF is open to anyone interested in the work that PERF does, regardless of their position in their agency, or the size of community.

The only criterion you must meet in order to join PERF is that you must, at a minimum, have completed a 4-year college degree program.

	YES - I have completed at least a 4-year college degree program.
	NO - I do not have a 4-year college degree BUT I would like to be added to PERF's email list. (This does not include the PERF Daily Clips.)
